Richard Fox

Director, Open Market

Richard Fox is the director in charge of Open Market Residential Sales and Lettings. After leaving UK based education with an honours degree in Fine Art, his early career path rather incongruously led him to a ten year stint in shellfish farming and through a period in property renovation before arriving at Martel Maides. He has been a leading negotiator specialising in Open Market sales for 25 years and is respected for a pedigree that is second to none. He has been privileged to sell many of the Island’s finest homes - quite often, more than once! Richard is also a director of Martel Maides Auctions.

Keith Enevoldsen, FNAEA

Director, Local Market

Keith Enevoldsen was born in Guernsey and educated at Elizabeth College. Having originally worked for the Civil Service prior to branching out into his own watersports business, he entered into Guernsey's property market as an Open Market negotiator in the early eighties. After ten very successful years he found a fresh challenge in the world of retail finance - selling money! However, he missed the cut and thrust of the property market and joined Martel Maides in 2001 as a Local Market negotiator; becoming the department manager in 2003 and a Director of the Company in 2004. He brings a formidable mix of enthusiasm, experience and professionalism which clients and applicants expect from Guernsey's leading property agency. Also, a qualified Auctioneer, Keith can also be found selling chattels and furniture on Thursday afternoons at our Auction Rooms. He tries to keep some spare time for boating and any competitive sport he can find!
